Featuring the Polymer80 PF940C frame, Glockstore.com Complete factory G19 Upper and Lower Part Kits. See my thoughts after the jump!
The Polymer80 frames are changing the hand gun market drastically. With these frames, it makes it possible for you to purchase and build this Glock using all the parts you see pictured above, delivered right to your door without ever going to an FFL or registering the completed build!
The PF940Cv1 is Polymer80’s next generation of polymer 80% frames for Glock® handguns, bringing improved ergonomics, features and looks to the popular Polymer80 frames.
Tools I used. (Notice, I didn’t even use a vice or drill press! It is NOT needed! This is much easier than you might think!)
I spent a combined 1 hour and 45 minutes using the dremel on the rail tabs and barrel tab, filing then sanding them for a final smooth surface using 1500 grit paper. I then drilled the holes using the provided bits that came in the package by Polymer80 with my cordless drill. Keep in mind, I never used a vice or clamp to build this! I did it all by holding onto the jig on my dining room table using brute force. And it didn’t take much force! once the holes were drilled, I began assembling the lower parts. I’ve never assembled a Glock so I followed the instructions in this video below.
Big thanks to TacticalSwede for making this video!
